If you have received products that you did not order or a damaged/defective product, please do not remove any tag or remove the product from the original packaging. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] immediately. We would require you to provide visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the products to expedite the process.
REPLACEMENT / REFUND PROCEDURE
Before any return, don’t hesitate to contact us first for the return address and return procedure.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days from the date delivered to you, as shown on the courier tracking result.
Products for replacement or refund must be unused and in their original condition, quantity, and packaging as they were first delivered to the customer, together with proof of purchase.
The buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item to us.
Delivery charges are non-refundable (if any).
Replacement or refund only applies to a product’s manufacturing defects and does not apply to physical damage by human error.
We reserve the right to final decision making.
